  Fast growing companies tend to lack someone who can focus exclusively on what they may need most: running the office with an assiduous eye on managing productivity.
The operational element of this could include implementing standardised procedures or integrated IT platforms. There is, however, an important political component to this, (developing companies can inadvertently make strenuous demands on staff to adapt, compelling them to change their habits as well as their processes). I have specialised in bringing insight to the design of new procedures, sensitivity to their implementation & an ability to communicate such that staff are both informed & motivated.
